Now for Tuesday we start with breakfast: *The scrambled eggs with a little onion and tomato* help start the day well. Make sure you don't prepare them with a lot of oil (olive oil) and to drink a cup of coffee or tea.
For a delicious lunch we have * ají de caiguas and pavita * for this dish we have the following ingredients oil, some pork chops, a lot of chopped onion, ground yellow chili, ground panca chili, thin strips of cactus, some choclos, potatoes, broth vegetables, some salt and pepper.
Finally I propose a light dinner that has parboiled chicken, two slices of wholemeal bread, some tomato and remember that you shouldn't have any oil that isn't natural or olive.
