STARTING MY WEEK

Hello, I present my blog inspired by healthy food. This is for many people who want to keep their bodies healthy.

  • First we start with what we eat before going to work on a Monday, many people do not have any breakfast because they are in a hurry but I recommend yogurt with some cereal but it is much better to be whole grain or with toast.

  • After returning tired of work we deserve a good lunch so I recommend * chicken aguadito * as a lunch that is based on these ingredients a chicken, some oil, a bit of chopped onion, some ground garlic and yellow pepper, corn, some coriander, chicken broth, some mote, some yellow potatoes, many peppers in strips, squash, lemon juice and some salt and not too much pepper.

  • And finally for dinner we can enjoy a steamed fish with cooked vegetables like some carrots, many beans, and a lot of broccoli but if you're still hungry we can add some rice.
